I'm Emmalien, 28 years old. Married with three kids all under the ages of 9. Sarah and I are related, she's my aunt, we've beenbest friends since we were in diapers. She truly is my motivation, I can call her day or night and she will help me with everything. Between working and trying to maintain a clean house, which we all know is impossible sometimes I have lost the me time. By the time I get home from work and help the kids with homework or make dinner, and do laundry and dishes it's usually 8 pm and I'm exhausted and have to get up the next morning and do it all over again. So I know by doing this challenge Sarah and I will keep each other in line with working out and eating. It's going to be great
